JOB DESCRIPTION: CHEF DE PARTIE OR SENIOR COMMIS

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie or Senior Commis (Live in Available) to join our team at The White Hart & The Water Rat in Ironbridge – (Ironbridge Pub Company)

You’ll help our Head Chefs oversee these riverside pub & restaurants, with an up to date Kitchens.

You will support in the opening and closing of the kitchens, be in full operational control on some shifts, ensuring we’re ready and prepped for the day, leading the kitchen team through an efficient and positive service whilst also ensuring high cleanliness standards are achieved every day.
